Privacy Policy

This notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to those who visit the tecninf.it website and interact with its services.

Data controller. The data controller is Tecninf S.p.A., with registered office at Via Mosca, 52 – 00142 Roma (RM) – email info@tecninf.it.

Types of data processed. The website processes the technical navigation data necessary for operation and security, and the data that the user voluntarily provides by filling in the contact form: name, email address and message text.

Purposes and legal basis. The form data is processed to respond to the user's requests (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures, and (a), consent). Technical data is processed for the legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the website (art. 6(1)(f)). Data is not used for marketing purposes without explicit and separate consent.

Processing methods and processors. Data is processed with IT tools and adequate security measures. The emails generated by the form are sent through the provider Resend, Inc., acting as data processor; the hosting and delivery infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is not disclosed or transferred to unauthorised third parties.

Non-EU transfers. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses) pursuant to art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

Retention. The form data is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Rights of the data subject. In accordance with articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of their data and object to processing by writing to info@tecninf.it. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Updates. This notice may be updated in the event of regulatory changes or changes to the processing carried out; please consult it periodically.
